How we protect your information
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site.
- Secure, password-protected accounts. Course and student data are protected by access rules so students can see only their own records and only authorised administrators can manage content.
- Payments, when enabled, are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store card details.
- We limit who can access personal information and review access regularly.
- If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and take steps to contain it.
- Keep your password private and use a unique password for this site. Contact us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Safety comes first
- Our training does not replace a site-specific risk assessment or your own work health and safety obligations.
- Never attempt sampling, handle chemicals, sharps or biohazardous materials without appropriate training, PPE and safe work procedures.
- If you suspect an active drug laboratory, do not enter or touch anything. Leave the area and contact police.
- In an emergency, call 000.
- For health concerns about possible exposure, speak with a doctor.
